Very disappointing experience.My wife first contacted Laqfoil to discuss possible cooperation, but they kept giving different answers and insisted on a paid “training” course ($3,500) before any real partnership. Later I tried myself and faced the same situation — slow and unclear communication, inconsistent information, and no willingness to help.I asked several times for a product catalog or at least a color palette with color codes, but they kept saying “everything is on the website,” even though there is no clear list of colors or codes there. It feels like you have to beg for basic information, which is very discouraging.I was genuinely interested in cooperation, but their approach made me lose confidence. Even if I had paid for the training, I have a feeling it would still be difficult to get proper support or clear answers.Hopefully, they improve their communication and become more open with potential partners in the future.

I highly recommend LAQFOIL great service above and beyond. Love my new stary ceiling, on time and perfect job from start to finish. My home theater is now complete.

We are very pleased with our new bed room ceiling.Our 160-year-old stone farmhouse presented some unique challenges to Tom Szwedo, but he overcame them with his knowledge, experience and determination.The old ceiling had been patched and stuccoed numerous times and was a mess.All through the process, Tom kept us up to date with the progress, and answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly.Excellent unique product and prompt service.BHB

We completed dealer certification training with Jack and the entire experience was wonderful from the start. We were given more value than we could ever imagine. Jack certainly takes pride in his company, his clients and his business partners. The LAQFOIL team provides an excellent customer experience. They are responsive and detailed with all of our inquiries.We are excited for the opportunity to work with amazing products and are proud to be partnering with LAQFOIL as our vendor.
