It’s an amazing solution that looks great—while it lasts.Unfortunately, if there’s an issue with the ceiling, you’ll be on your own, as Laqfoil won’t honor their warranty terms.I spent over $20,000 outfitting my apartment with stretch ceilings across all the living space about five years ago. A few months ago, I noticed the film beginning to tear around potlights in several places. The tears grew larger over time, and eventually the ceiling in one room tore completely. Given the material, it’s only a matter of time before the same happens in other rooms.When I contacted Laqfoil to request a warranty replacement, they refused. Their explanation was that the film tears were caused by faulty third-party parts they had used, and therefore not their responsibility. (This would be like Apple refusing to honor an iPhone warranty because some components were made by a supplier.) For clarity, I had two independent stretch ceiling contractors review the issue, and both confirmed the damage would be covered under their warranties.Trying to be reasonable, I even offered to pay for the replacement and only asked Laqfoil to consider that I was an existing client and that the problem should have been covered under warranty. Instead, they quoted me a price 25% higher than the two independent providers and refused to adjust it.Based on my experience, it seems one’s investment in a stretch ceiling may be better protected with providers who actually honor their warranty policies.

Just did our ceiling with them! Amazing experience, amazing job. As a result beautiful ceiling. From the first call until the very end everything went smooth and very fast. Will also give a big shiut out to installer Andrii! He was amazing! Very clean. I did not even notice him doing his job. As if he was not even there and the job got done by itself! Also prices are very reasonable from what I researched the best on the market. Highly recommend!!!

Why can't google have a 6th star review or 10!?! From experience this company would get a 10/10!I do a lot of projects and by far I would say this was the easiest one to date. This is what I mean..From the time I met with Laqfoil to the time I had my install- it went by in a flash! A few hours actually.There was absolutely NO MESS and we all know when renovating or redecorating there's always debris left for days. But not with Laqfoil!I was super surprised as most trades leave a trail behind. The guys were very professional, very efficient and made sure I was completely satisfied with my product.Keep in mind...the best part of working with Laqfoil is if you don't like what you chose as your design you can always change it. Imagine constantly changing your ceiling or wall patterns? Not a chance. This is why I highly recommend this product, majority of it stays installed (track) and you can just change the design. How cool is that!?It's reasonably priced for the quality of craftsmanship.The product by far looks 10x better once installed compared to your design choice at first. This is one of those products that looks so much better in person than in photos.When I first heard of stretched Ceilings, I'll be honest, I was very hesitant. The outcome is far greater than I ever expected.If you have a project coming up where mudding, taping, sanding, dropped Ceilings, manual labor aren't your style...then stop reading and just Google Laqfoil stretched Ceilings and book a consult!They respond quite fast for a busy company and you do get that feeling of 1 on 1 with their team and not like you're going through hoops to talk with someone or have simple questions answered.I wanted something fun and different for my home gym and I chose Laqfoil to do just that!I will be definitely working with these guys for all my future projects.

I saw this ceiling at a friends condo and really loved it so decided to copy him and have it put into our condo. We love it. It has made the ceiling feel so much higher, airy and bright and gives the impression of so much more space. Alicia was also helpful and Andrew did amazing work. Now we feel that we have a whole new airy condo. Great product.

I'm absolutely delighted with the stretch ceiling installed in my child's room. The reflective finish is a game-changer, adding a fantastic element to the space. What impressed me most was the speedy installation – it was done quicker than expected, without any compromise in quality. A great choice for a unique room makeover!
