Very disappointing experience.My wife first contacted Laqfoil to discuss possible cooperation, but they kept giving different answers and insisted on a paid “training” course ($3,500) before any real partnership. Later I tried myself and faced the same situation — slow and unclear communication, inconsistent information, and no willingness to help.I asked several times for a product catalog or at least a color palette with color codes, but they kept saying “everything is on the website,” even though there is no clear list of colors or codes there. It feels like you have to beg for basic information, which is very discouraging.I was genuinely interested in cooperation, but their approach made me lose confidence. Even if I had paid for the training, I have a feeling it would still be difficult to get proper support or clear answers.Hopefully, they improve their communication and become more open with potential partners in the future.

Just did our ceiling with them! Amazing experience, amazing job. As a result beautiful ceiling. From the first call until the very end everything went smooth and very fast. Will also give a big shiut out to installer Andrii! He was amazing! Very clean. I did not even notice him doing his job. As if he was not even there and the job got done by itself! Also prices are very reasonable from what I researched the best on the market. Highly recommend!!!

We learned about stretch ceiling through an advertisement we saw, after contacting Jack he quickly and reliably gave us a quote along with many ideas as to what we can do with our cathedral ceiling, Jack was able to install our ceiling extremely fast and with a great finishing job. We are extremely satisfied and love our new stretch ceiling! 5/5 Stars.
