A Condo in Toronto

Hot from the digital camera, we have new pictures today of a Toronto condo where we recently installed high gloss stretch ceilings. The unit, located at 10 York Mills Rd., is in the York Mills Centre, whose website describes the building as: Situated on the northeast corner of Yonge Street and York Mills Road, this award-winning complex is comprised of low-rise towers and many amenities, convenient retail and dining under a glass-topped atrium, and access to transportation within the building. The York Mills Centre site is part of historic Hogg’s Hollow. Surrounded by mature trees, steep hills and parkland, Hogg’s Hollow has become one of Toronto’s prime residential areas.

Angela the unit’s owner has a bold, modern style, having added pouf-style furniture in brilliant orange and an exquisite blown glass pendant lamp from Casa di Luce, as well as an unusual asymmetrical TV console table and other outstanding pieces. To top it off, a shiny ceiling!

Even when our ceilings aren’t in the brightest colours that we have available (we have over 260 colours to choose from), they still tend to grab attention by being unusually smooth and shiny as ceilings go. The efficiency of the suite’s lighting will be maximized by the use of both a light colour and a high-gloss shine.
